We deal with various inquiries and technical bits throughout the day. Sometimes the emails pile up on a Monday morning, and it takes a few cups of coffee to get through the list. It’s just me and a small group making sure everything moves along. We don't have a physical lobby where you can sit and wait, but we try to be quick with the replies. It’s an honest way of working, even if it feels a bit invisible to someone walking down the street. We’ve had to learn how to explain things clearly through text because we don't always get to talk face-to-face. It’s a lot of typing and clicking, but that’s just how the job is.
