Shakthi Printpacks (P) Ltd.

We’ve been here at No. 46 on Logos Street for a while now. It’s right off the main road in Kammanahalli. If you’ve ever walked through Ramaswamy Palya, you probably know the area. It gets pretty busy around here with all the traffic and shops nearby. Inside our place, it’s mostly the sound of machines running and the smell of paper and ink. Shakthi Printpacks (P) Ltd. is where we spend most of our daylight hours, usually moving boxes around or checking on print runs. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We have our desks, the stacks of materials, and a lot of coffee to keep us going through the afternoon. People stop by sometimes just to ask about a small job, and we talk through what can be done with the machines we have. Some days are louder than others when the big equipment is going full tilt. We try to keep things organized, but in a printing shop, there’s always a bit of a mess with offcuts and samples laying around. It feels like a second home to most of us. We just focus on getting the packaging right and making sure everything is loaded onto the trucks correctly. It’s practical work. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we’re looking at a design or doing the books. It's just us, the paper, and the street outside. It's a living and we're glad to have the work.
