Samsung

So, we are based out of JP Nagar Phase 2, right on the 20th Main road. Our number is 1862 on the 6th Cross. Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so getting here might take a minute depending on the time of day, but we are usually here from the morning onwards. The building is pretty standard for this part of the city. We spend most of our time dealing with Samsung devices that people drop off. It could be a tablet that won’t turn on or someone needing a new charger. We have a lot of people coming in from the nearby apartments. It’s a nice enough area, though it’s changed a lot over the years with all the new shops popping up. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a counter. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know our way around the tech. We try to be honest about how long a repair will take, even if it’s not what people want to hear. Sometimes things just take time. We’ve had some long days when a lot of customers show up at once. It can get a bit hectic, but we just take it one person at a time. The 6th Cross is usually a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and most people around here know where we are.
