Samhita Ayurveda & Siddha

You can find us at 34 Btm Layout 2Nd Stage, in the Sakinaka Vysya Bank Colony. Being near Jayadeva Circle means we’re in a spot that’s easy to talk about but sometimes hard to navigate during rush hour. Samhita Ayurveda & Siddha is located in a building that looks pretty much like all the others on this street. We don’t have any flashy signs out front. Inside, it’s a mix of old wooden desks and shelves packed with various jars. We’ve been here for a bit, and the neighborhood knows us. The work we do is mostly focused on traditional Siddha and Ayurvedic ways. It involves a lot of grinding, mixing, and preparing things by hand. We don't use much automation because we think the old ways still have their place. The staff is just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Someone might be answering the phone one minute and then helping move a heavy sack of herbs the next. It’s a hands-on life. The floors are a bit worn from all the walking, and the rooms aren't huge, but they work for us. We just go about our business day by day. We don't feel the need to shout about what we do. If you walk in, you’ll just see a group of people working quietly on whatever the day’s task happens to be.
