Sai Jyothi Nethra Seva is situated at No.11Ulsoor Tank Rd. Being right by the tank means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, but mostly we get a lot of traffic noise from the road. It is a central spot, so it is quite easy for people to reach us from different parts of the city. We have been at this location for a while now. The office isn't very large, but we have enough space for the essential eye equipment and a place for people to sit while they wait. Our days are filled with testing vision and answering questions about glasses or eye drops. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know where everything is kept, even if the filing system looks a bit messy to an outsider. In the afternoons, the sun hits the front windows, so we usually have to pull the curtains. It is not a fancy medical center with glass walls and uniforms. We just wear our regular clothes and get on with the business of helping people see better. Most of our visitors are regulars who live within walking distance. They come in for a quick checkup and then head back out to the busy Ulsoor streets. We keep things simple and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It is just a standard local eye clinic doing its thing every day near the water.
