We've been at our office on Sampige Road for a while now. It’s on the 3rd floor of building number 16. If you know Malleshwaram, you know it gets pretty busy around the 7th cross, but we like it here. It’s got that old Bangalore feel that's hard to find elsewhere. Rpar And Co Llp is just a small group of us trying to keep up with the daily tasks. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and phone calls. The lift is a bit slow sometimes, so we usually take the stairs if we aren't carrying too much stuff. It's a plain office, nothing fancy. We have some desks, a few chairs that could probably use an upgrade, and a small area for files. People stop by when they need something looked at. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look perfect for social media. That’s just not how we do things here. Usually, someone is making coffee in the corner and there’s always a stack of documents waiting for attention. The windows look out over the street so we can see the traffic moving along. It keeps us connected to what's happening outside. We try to handle what comes our way without making a big fuss about it. Just a regular workplace in a busy part of town where the work gets finished eventually. We've seen shops come and go on this road, but we stay put and keep doing our part.
