Our office is over at Oxford House, unit number 302. It’s located in Rustom Bagh, right along Airport Road. It’s a convenient spot because it’s easy for people to find once they get into the right area. We do a lot of sourcing and supply work, which involves a lot of phone calls and even more emails than we’d like. The office itself is pretty simple—nothing that would impress a decorator, just functional furniture and a decent internet connection. We’ve got a small group of people here who know the industry well. The traffic on Airport Road can be a nightmare during peak hours, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of it. We spend our time finding parts and materials for various clients, acting as the middleman to make sure things get where they need to go. It’s a lot of tracking down specific items that are often hard to find on short notice. Sometimes the supply chain breaks down and we have to spend all day on the phone fixing it. We don’t put on airs or pretend to be bigger than we are. It’s just a straightforward business where we try to get the sourcing right and get the job done. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the office next door sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
