Ricemantra International Llp

Ricemantra International Llp is located at 11/44 on 13th B Cross in the Teachers Colony area of Koramangala 1st Block. This neighborhood is quite nice, with a lot of trees and a bit of a slower pace than the main Koramangala blocks. We deal with rice, mostly looking at different varieties and how to get them moved internationally. Our office is a simple place where we spend hours on the phone with farmers and shipping agents. There’s usually a few samples of different grains sitting on the counter in small glass jars. We like to see and touch what we are selling. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes with all the sample bags and the export documents spread out. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of staff in suits. It’s just us in our casual clothes making sure the rice is of good quality before it goes anywhere. Teachers Colony is a great spot because it’s quiet enough to actually get some work done without the constant honking of the main road. We’ve been here for a while now and the neighbors know us as the rice people. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait for the technician to come from Venkatapura Extension, but we manage. We just want to do a decent job and make sure the rice gets to where it’s supposed to go. It’s practical work and we enjoy the rhythm of it every day.
