We are located at No. 16, on the 14th Cross in Krishnappa Garden, which is part of Kengeri Satellite Town here in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s home. Repair And Return Technology India Pvt Ltd is where we spend our hours fixing things that have stopped working. The 560060 area has a lot of movement, and our shop is usually full of tools and parts scattered around. We aren't the type of place that looks like a high-end showroom. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. There is usually the smell of solder or dust in the air. We take things apart, figure out what went wrong, and try to put them back together so they work again. It’s satisfying in a quiet way when something finally turns back on. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. We’re just a team of people who like working with our hands and understanding how technology actually functions under the shell. Some days are long, especially when a repair is being stubborn, but that’s the nature of the job. People bring their gear to us because they know we’ll give it a real look.
