We are over here at F 14 in the Prabhavathi Divine building, which is right in Avni Sringeri Nagar. Red Tingles Food And Trading Llp started because we just wanted to get into the food business and see how things went. It’s not a huge setup or anything, just a small space where we handle all our trading work and figure out where the next batch of supplies is coming from. Most days it’s just us sitting around the desks, making calls and checking on orders that need to go out. The neighborhood is okay, it gets a bit busy around the main roads but our corner is relatively quiet for the most part. We handle a variety of food items, mostly stuff that can be moved easily without spoiling too fast. Trading is a lot of paperwork and waiting for trucks to show up, which can be a bit annoying when things are late. We try to keep the place organized but with boxes and samples lying around, it gets a bit cluttered sometimes. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine and get the jobs done. It’s been an interesting journey so far, learning how the market works and meeting different suppliers. We just keep our heads down and work on the daily tasks without overcomplicating things. Anyway, that’s pretty much what goes on here daily for us at Red Tingles.
