Ravishing Retreat Resort LLP has its main office at No 4059 on the 4th floor of a building in HAL 2nd Stage. We are tucked away on 19th A Main in Bangalore North. It’s a bit of a climb up to the fourth floor, but it’s a quiet place to get our work done. Even though our name mentions resorts, we spend most of our time here in the office handling the logistics and the boring parts of the business. Managing a retreat involves a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff that people don't usually see, like talking to suppliers or making sure the staff schedules are sorted out. HAL 2nd Stage is a nice area with a lot of trees, which makes the commute a bit better. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate entity; we’re just a small partnership trying to provide a good place for people to get away. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with the amount of emails coming in, especially during the holiday seasons. We just take it one day at a time. It’s about being reliable and making sure the resorts we handle are ready for visitors. We don't use fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just speak plainly and try to help out however we can. It’s just how we do things around here in Bangalore.
