Our shop is tucked away at 17/B in Cubbonpet Bhthwadi. It’s a bit of a tight spot but we’ve made it work for years. We deal with all kinds of kitchen appliances, the sort of stuff you use every single day like stoves, pressure cookers, and mixers. Most of the time, the shop is full of boxes and the sound of people asking about parts or repairs. We aren’t a big mall store with bright lights and music. It’s just a regular place where you can come and see the items up close. We spend a lot of our day checking the stock and helping customers figure out which stove is the right size for their kitchen. It’s honest work and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the families in the neighborhood over the years. Sometimes things break and people bring them back for us to look at, and we do our best to help them out. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open up the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to come by. The area can get pretty busy, so it’s always a bit of a scramble getting deliveries in and out through the narrow streets. But we like it here in Cubbonpet. It’s home and it’s where we do our business every day without any fuss. It’s a good way to make a living.
