We are located at 265/1B in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a pretty standard warehouse setup here. We spend our days around lift trucks, checking engines and making sure the hydraulics are working right. The industrial area is always loud with the sound of other factories and trucks moving around constantly. We have a fairly large space, which is necessary because these machines take up a lot of room once they are taken apart for service. Most of us have been working with lift trucks for a long time. It’s dirty work sometimes, getting under the chassis or messing with the heavy chains. We don't have a showroom with bright lights or a sales team in suits. If you come by, you’ll just see us in our work clothes in the middle of a job. We have a small office tucked in the corner where we keep the records and handle the billing. It’s often a bit chaotic during the middle of the day when we have several trucks being worked on at once. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to get things out the door. Some days are long, especially when a customer has a major breakdown and needs a quick turnaround to keep their own business moving. We do what we can with the tools and space we have. It’s a straightforward business.
