Our place is located at Plot No. 532 in Peenya Industrial Area, specifically over on 9th 'A' Corss in Ganapathinagar. We’ve been operating out of Protech House for quite some time now. Being in the 3rd Phase means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial shops, so it gets pretty noisy during the day. We focus on cooling towers, the big stuff that keeps factories running without overheating. It is a lot of metal, water systems, and manual labor. Our crew is usually covered in some kind of grease or dust by noon. We don't have a big corporate lobby with leather chairs, just a desk near the entrance and the workshop in the back. Working with cooling systems is tricky because every site is a little different. We spend a lot of time measuring things and cutting parts to fit. Peenya is a tough place to navigate sometimes, especially with the truck traffic, but we’ve got used to it. We aren't here to give sales pitches. People come to us because their equipment is running hot and they need a fix. Most of our guys have been here since the start. We know the machines inside and out. It’s just how we make a living. Nothing more, nothing less. If the gate is open, someone is usually working. We try to be helpful and honest about what needs doing. It keeps the lights on and the customers coming back.
