Started this place under the name Prism Surface Coatings Pvt Ltd because we knew how to handle metals and finishes. D. Balasubramanian is the one who really got things moving. We spend most of our time in the workshop dealing with powders, paints, and chemicals. It gets a bit messy, but that is the job. People bring us parts that need a good coat to stop them from rusting or just to make them look decent. We are not a giant factory with hundreds of people, just a team that knows what happens when you do not prep a surface right. Most of the day is spent checking temperatures and making sure the finish is even. Sometimes the machines act up or the humidity messes with the drying time, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We have been at this for a while now. The office is small, mostly just a desk for paperwork while the real work happens out back. It is not fancy work, but it is needed for almost everything made of steel or iron. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Usually, someone is just holding a spray gun or checking a batch of parts. We have stayed in the family, keeping things grounded and simple. If you come by, you will probably see us in our work gear, probably with a bit of paint on our hands.
