Out here in Peenya Industrial Estate 2nd Stage, the days start early. We are at C-96, and you can hear the hum of the surrounding factories as soon as you arrive. Powersem Semiconductors Pvt Ltd is where we spend most of our waking hours. Semiconductors are what we deal with, which means a lot of precision and looking at small parts. It’s a bit different from the heavy metal workshops nearby, but it’s still an industrial life. Our facility is practical. We have workstations set up, and everyone has their own rhythm. It can get pretty warm in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is running. We usually have lunch together in a small corner of the shop floor. It’s a quiet team, mostly focused on the task at hand. There’s always a bit of a hum in the air from the machines. We’ve been at this for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much. We get the components in, we do the work, and we ship them out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The industrial estate is a maze, but once you find C-96, you’ll see we’re just a group of people working hard. We don’t spend much time on decorations or office plants. The work is the priority here, keeping things running smoothly. It’s just how we operate every day.
