Penko Infra Llp

Penko Infra Llp is located in Koramangala too, but we are over in the IV Block. Our address is 542/A on the 8th Main Road. This part of Koramangala is slightly different from the other blocks, but it still has that busy, constant Bangalore energy. Our office is a practical space where we handle all the infrastructure-related paperwork and planning. It’s not very big, just a few rooms where we have set up our workstations. We have a lot of maps and technical drawings lying around on the tables most of the time. The 8th Main Road gets quite a bit of traffic, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. We usually keep the windows closed to keep the street dust out, but you can still hear the city noise outside. It’s a very standard, no-frills office environment. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea or heat up our lunches in the afternoon. There isn't any fancy furniture here; we prefer things that are sturdy and do the job well. We spend most of our time coordinating with people on the phone or sitting through meetings to get things sorted out. Being in the 560034 area is convenient because most things we need are within a couple of kilometers. It’s just a normal day-to-day routine for us, making sure the work gets done and the records are kept straight without making a big deal out of it.
