Pai International

Being at Mantri Square on Sampige Road means it never really gets quiet. This branch of Pai International is right in the middle of all that Yelahanka bustle. We spend a lot of time just moving stuff around to make room for the new models. It’s 430/363 if you’re looking for the specific spot. The mall crowd is different from a street shop. People are usually in a hurry or just browsing while they wait for someone. We have all the usual gadgets, from small mixers to huge refrigerators that barely fit through the door. The air conditioning is nice, but it can get cold if you’re standing under the vent all day. We have a small back room where we keep the extra stock and take our lunch breaks. It’s mostly just us chatting about the cricket scores or whatever is on the news. Sometimes the power flickers and we have to reset all the display TVs at once, which is a bit of a pain. We don't really do the big sales pitch thing. Usually, people already know what they want and just ask about the price or the warranty. The weekends are the craziest. You can barely hear yourself talk when the music from the other stores starts playing. We just keep the floor clean and make sure the phones are charged so people can test them. It’s just work, really. Nothing too complicated about it.
