Our office and workshop are down in Kempanna Garden, specifically near the 9th BMTC Depot in the 4th Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area. Being in Peenya means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and workshops. We work on oxygen plants and other gas systems, which is heavy, serious work. You will usually find us surrounded by large steel tanks, copper pipes, and a lot of welding equipment. The noise from the depot and the nearby factories is quite something, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a polished showroom. Instead, we have a yard where we assemble the plants and test the valves. Our staff consists of technicians who know their way around high-pressure systems. Bengaluru weather is usually good, but when it rains hard, the yard gets a bit muddy and we have to move everything inside. We spend a lot of our time looking at pressure gauges and making sure every joint is sealed perfectly. It’s not a job for people who mind getting their hands dirty with grease and metal shavings. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about the traffic or the latest project. It’s just a group of people doing a difficult job in a busy industrial part of Karnataka. We’ve been here for years and know the area well.
