We’re up on the third floor of building number 2022, which sits right on the 100 Ft Road in HAL 2nd Stage. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it’s always buzzing with activity and traffic. From our windows, we can see the cars and bikes constantly moving below. Nuair Restaurants is run from this space, which is basically just a big room with some workstations and a small area for making tea. We don’t have any expensive art or corporate branding on the walls. It’s a bit utilitarian, but it serves its purpose for what we do every day. The 100 Ft Road location is convenient because there are plenty of places to eat and grab supplies, though finding parking can be a nightmare sometimes. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the other people in the building. It’s a very straightforward environment. No one wears suits, and we don’t have those long, boring presentations. We just focus on the restaurants and the logistics involved. It gets a bit loud when the traffic builds up in the evening, but we usually have our heads down working anyway. It’s an honest, busy place for a team that prefers to keep things simple and practical without any unnecessary fluff or trying to sound more important than we are.
