We run our export operations out of Plot No. 27-S over here in Jakkappan Nagar. It’s a busy little corner on 2nd Cross, and we spend most of our time dealing with shipping containers and logistics paperwork. Being located at Vijay Nivas makes it easy for us to stay connected with the local suppliers, though the logistics can be a headache sometimes. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees; it's just a small team trying to get things out the door on time. The office is usually filled with the sound of packing tape and people talking on phones to drivers. Sometimes the weather slows things down, or a truck gets delayed, and we just have to sit and wait. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we do. We’ve learned a lot about how to pack things right so they don't break during the long journey. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and making sure the labels are correct. Most of the neighbors are used to the noise by now. We try to keep things organized, but in this business, a bit of chaos is pretty normal. Every day brings a different set of challenges, whether it's a customs form or a weird sized crate. We just deal with it as it comes. It's just a regular office and warehouse combo that stays busy year-round.
