Our office is located in the Opus building on 1st Cross in the 5th Block of Koramangala. It’s a busy spot, surrounded by all sorts of other businesses and places to eat. Novamed Centres India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this space for a while now. The building is one of those modern ones, but inside we’ve kept things very simple and down-to-earth. We aren’t into the whole corporate culture of meetings and fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent talking to the people who walk in and handling the regular flow of paperwork. The staff is a small group, and we’ve all been here long enough to know how the coffee machine works and which window lets in too much draft in the winter. We don’t have a slick way of describing what we do. It’s just a place where people come for their medical needs. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, even when the street outside is noisy with honking cars. The waiting room isn't very big, but we’ve tucked in enough chairs so people don't have to stand. We don't use any marketing buzzwords or try to sound like a giant hospital chain. We are just a local centre in Koramangala doing the work as it comes. It’s a practical, everyday sort of job for all of us. There is always someone around if you need to ask a question.
