Neon Auto Paints

Our place, Neon Auto Paints, is located at 150/989 in Dasarahalli, up in the North part of Bangalore. It’s a busy area, and we fit right in with all the other shops and small businesses along the main road. Most of our work involves a lot of sanding, cleaning, and of course, mixing various automotive paints to get a good match for whatever car comes in. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be quite careful about how we organize all the tins, solvents, and spray guns so we don't trip over them. It’s a bit of a loud environment with the compressors running frequently and the big fans trying to keep the paint fumes away from us. We usually have a few cars or separate parts sitting around in different stages of being painted or dried. Our clothes almost always have a few spots of paint on them, no matter how careful we try to be during the day. People from around Dasarahalli stop by often to ask about fixing a small scratch or repainting a whole car door after an accident. We just give them a straight answer about what we can do and how long it’ll take. There’s no big marketing strategy or fancy office here, just us doing the work every day. The Bangalore traffic can be a real pain when we’re waiting for our supplies to arrive, but that’s just life in the city. We’ve been at this for a while and we’ve seen all kinds of vehicles.
