Neo Credence Consultancy Llp is run out of one of the BDA SFS Flats, specifically unit MF 8/11 in BTM Layout. It’s not your typical high-rise office building, but it works well for us. We like being in a residential area because it feels more grounded and less like a cold corporate environment. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Our work involves a lot of consulting, mostly helping people figure out the boring but necessary parts of running a business. We have a few desks set up in the main room and shelves full of files and reference books. It can get a little crowded when we all have a lot going on, but we make it work somehow. The BTM Layout area is great because everything you need is just a short walk away. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or shiny floors. We just want to get the work done right so our clients don't have to worry about it. Most of us have been doing this for years, so we know the ropes and the local rules. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony to take a break when the weather is nice. It’s a small, practical operation, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand every single day.
