At Navashakthi Nethralaya Pvt. Ltd., we spend most of our days at 1332 Double Road,indiranagar. It is a familiar spot for many who live in this part of the city. The building itself is easy to find if you know the landmarks nearby. Inside, the floors are usually clean but you can tell many people walk through here every week. We have a small team of people who handle everything from the front desk to the actual eye testing rooms. It is a lot of routine work, checking schedules and making sure the equipment is wiped down. Some days are much slower than others, which gives us a chance to catch up on all the folders piled up in the back. When it gets hot outside, the fans inside are always going. Most of our visitors are local residents who have been coming to this address for years. They know where to park their scooters and which door to use. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look like a high-end mall. It is just a straightforward place for eye care. The lights are bright because the doctors need to see what they are doing. If you sit in the waiting area, you’ll see people of all ages waiting for their turn. We try to keep things moving so nobody is sitting there for hours. It’s just us doing our jobs on Double Road day after day, helping the neighborhood with their vision needs.
