Narayans' Ayurveda Centre

We've been at 28 BTM 1st Stage for a while now. It's just a small place where we do traditional Ayurveda. Mostly, people come in because they have back pain or just want to feel a bit more relaxed after work. It gets busy in the evenings. Oils are kept in the back in large jars. The building isn't fancy or anything, but we keep it clean. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road is loud. Inside we try to keep things quiet. A few regular people have been visiting us for years. Big advertisements aren't our thing. Most people find us because they live nearby or their cousin told them about us. It's just a few of us working here. Starting early in the morning, around 8, we get the rooms ready. Usually, the first few sessions are the busiest. Herbs and oils are handled by us personally. Sometimes we run out of space for parking, which is a bit of a hassle in BTM. If you're coming by, it’s best to walk if you live close. Basic treatments are what we do. Nothing too modern or complicated happens here. Old ways are what we use because that's what we learned. The fans sometimes squeak, but we’re used to it. Getting through the day and helping whoever walks through the door is how we spend our time. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big spas you see in malls.
