There are shops and offices everywhere. We fit right into the mix. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but once you find 43/a-b, you’re there. We aren't a big, polished hospital with a fountain out front. We are a practical unit in a busy complex. HSR Layout has changed a lot since we first started. It’s much more crowded now. But we like the buzz. We spend our days handling the usual tasks. There’s always someone coming in with questions or paperwork. Narayana Hrudayalaya - Gipsa Ppn is just the name on our door. We focus on getting things done. It’s a lot of talking to people and filling out forms. The tea shops nearby are where we usually grab a break. It’s a very grounded way to work.
