Napino Auto Electronics Ltd

This branch of Napino is located in Bangalore at House Number 4-103 in Jaibheem Nagar. That’s part of BTM 1st Stage. If you know Bangalore at all, you know BTM is always buzzing with people and traffic. Our setup here is in a more residential-feeling street but we handle auto electronics. It’s an interesting mix. We have our workspace where we deal with the electronic side of vehicles. It’s a lot of testing and looking at small components under a magnifying glass sometimes. We aren't a huge factory at this location, more of a specific unit. The people working here live nearby mostly. We have our tea breaks at the corner shop and chat about the day. The office is tucked away, so it’s not something you’d see from the main road easily. We keep a regular schedule, starting in the morning and finishing up when the work is done. It’s a practical environment. We don't have marble floors or a receptionist sitting at a desk. Just a bunch of people who understand how car electronics work. Sometimes it gets hectic when there are a lot of units to check and the deadline is close. We just get through it together. The street is usually lined with parked scooters and bikes. It feels like a real part of the city, not some isolated office park far away. We like being in BTM because everything we need is close by. It’s a straightforward place with a focus on technical stuff.
