Nandi Toyota

Nandi Toyota is right at Kudlu Gate on Hosur Road. If you live around here, you know how crazy the traffic is. We spend our whole day right in the middle of it. It’s a big spot, always full of cars coming in for service or people just looking around. The workshop is always noisy with the sound of tools and engines. We have a lot of guys working in the back who are usually covered in some kind of oil or grease. It’s a busy atmosphere and it rarely gets quiet until late at night. We don't really go for the polished corporate vibe. We’re just a group of people who know a lot about cars. Sometimes the wait times get long when we have a lot of vehicles, and we just have to tell people to bear with us. The coffee machine in the waiting area is probably the most used thing in the building. We see all kinds of people coming through, from families to truck drivers. Hosur Road is a tough place to work because of the dust and the noise, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels normal. We just focus on getting the work done and moving onto the next car. It’s a lot of repetitive tasks, but it’s what we do. No fancy mission statements here, just a lot of work and a lot of cars. We try to keep things organized.
