Namratha Orthopaedic Centre

Namratha Orthopaedic Centre is over in Jayanagar, specifically the 9th Block. We are at 146 Nikitha, on the East End C Main Road. Jayanagar is a big area, but the 9th Block has its own feel to it. Our place is right on the main road, so we see a lot of traffic passing by all day long. It’s a fairly old building, but it serves us well. We have a small entrance and then it opens up into a few different sections. The floor is that speckled stone that you see in a lot of older Bangalore houses. We don't have a big corporate team running things. It is just a few of us making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of tea or the printer jams, and we just deal with it as it happens. We don't have a lot of rules about how things should look, as long as the work gets done and the place is clean. Many of the people who come here have been coming for years. They know our names and we know theirs. It feels more like a neighborhood fixture than anything else. We don’t do anything fancy for marketing. We just stay here in the same spot on East End C Main Road and keep our doors open for anyone who needs us. It is a simple, honest way to run a business in this part of town. We like the routine.
