We are located in the E Block of Apple City in Gunjuru. Our shops are numbers 3 and 4. It’s a newer development in the Varthur area, so everything feels a bit more modern, but the surroundings are still developing. Gunjuru can get very windy, and the dust from the empty plots nearby often blows into the shop. We spend a lot of time sweeping. The shop itself is a good size for what we do. We have some shelves and a small counter where we handle the business. It’s on Survey No 214/8, which sounds complicated but it's easy once you're in Apple City. The traffic near Varthur is pretty legendary, so we try to get our commuting done early. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to run our shop well and make sure the food products we handle are of good quality. There’s a small tea shop around the corner where we usually go when we need a break from the store. Most of our customers are locals from the nearby apartment complexes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It's just a couple of us managing the daily tasks. The shop is a bit plain, but it's clean and it works for our needs. We just take it one day at a time here. It can get a little lonely when the weather is bad and nobody is out on the street, but there is always something to clean.
