Rosch Medical Systems Pvt Ltd is found on the second floor of building No. 178. We are right at the Maduranagar Mudalapalya Circle. It is a very busy spot in the city. Right across from us is the Seetharama Kalyanamantapa which is a big hall for weddings. You can always tell when there is a celebration because of the music and the crowds. We deal with various medical systems. The office is filled with technical gear and boxes of parts. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the Nagarabavi Main Road. It is interesting to watch the traffic during the peak hours. We have a few desks and a small area where we test the systems. It is more of a practical workshop than a polished office. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. The staff has been around for a long time and we know how to work together. We don't have any fancy carpets or designer furniture. Just the things we need to do our jobs. The building is a bit old and the stairs are quite steep. We are used to it by now though. Mudalapalya is a lively area and there is always something happening. We just keep our heads down and get through the day’s tasks. That is how we do things at Rosch. It is honest work in a busy place.
