So, we are located at No. 606, right on C Cross in the Annaiah Reddy Layout area. It is part of Doddabanaswadi, or Bangalore-43 if you are looking at the mail or using a map. This neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more shops and houses packed in every corner. Our building is easy enough to spot once you finally get onto the right cross street. We spend most of our time inside working on whatever tasks are on the list for that day. It is a very straightforward setup. We do not have a big reception area or anything flashy like that. Just some rooms, chairs, and the usual office stuff you would expect to see at Molex India Ltd. Usually, the morning starts with everyone trickling in and getting the fans going to beat the heat. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their scooters badly, which happens more often than not. We have got a routine here that works for us. It is not about being the biggest or loudest place in the layout. We just keep to ourselves and focus on the work. Lunchtime usually involves someone walking down to the local eatery or just eating a tiffin at the desk. By the time evening rolls around, the traffic in Doddabanaswadi starts picking up again, and we wrap things up. It is just a regular spot where we stay busy.
