Minova Life Sciences Pvt Ltd is based at 38/2/1 in the New Timberyard Layout. We are right by Devarabisanhalli on the Outer Ring Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the Outer Ring Road is always packed with cars and buses. Being in the New Timberyard Layout means we are surrounded by a mix of different businesses. It isn't the most glamorous spot, but it is practical for what we do. Our office and storage area take up a good amount of space here. We deal with life sciences products, so we have to keep things quite organized, even if the building itself looks a bit plain from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly shelves, boxes, and a few desks for the admin work. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the construction going on nearby, but we have gotten used to it over the months. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls or anything like that. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the inventory is correct. Lunch is usually someone bringing in food or grabbing something from a nearby stall. It’s a simple way of working. We are just a local business trying to do our job well in a very busy part of Bangalore. No frills, just regular daily work for all of us here.
