We’ve been set up here at Khata No.170/1 in the Subharam Industrial Estate for a while now. Marsur Village is where we do most of our daily work. It’s a busy spot in the Anekal area. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it’s got a local feel to it even though the name sounds big. We deal with plastics, mostly focusing on the production side of things at Sy.No.330/3. The machines run pretty much all day. It gets loud, but that’s just how an industrial estate works. We aren't trying to be fancy or anything. We just get the jobs done that come through the door. Sometimes the roads around Pokasaba Hobli get a bit dusty when the trucks come in, but we manage. If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked back a bit from the main road. The team here knows the routine well by now. We’ve got a mix of older staff who have seen it all and some newer faces learning the ropes. It’s not a shiny office building; it’s a workshop where things actually get made. We handle the plastic molding and whatever else is on the schedule for the week. Usually, we're just busy keeping the equipment maintained and making sure the orders are packed right for transport. It’s straightforward work. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our day is spent on the floor making sure everything stays on track.
