Micro Labs Ltd is over at 27 Race Course Road. We also have a presence in the West Suburbs at Prime Avenue on S V Road. Having these different spots keeps us on our toes. The Race Course Road location is quite central, and it has its own character with all the old trees and the traffic. The office there is where a lot of the planning happens. It’s a functional space with lots of files and people on phones. Over at S V Road in the suburbs, it’s a bit different but just as busy. We’ve been around for a long time, so most people in the industry know our name. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or trying to look bigger than we are. It’s mostly about the pharmaceutical products and getting them to the distributors. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when there are big shipments going out or new regulations to figure out. We have a lot of long-term employees who have seen the company grow from something much smaller. The desks are usually piled with papers, and the break room is where the real talk happens over tea. We don't have any polished corporate brochures lying around. It’s just a place where we come to work, handle the business, and go home to our families. It’s been our way of doing things for many years now and it works.
