We are Mckinsy & Hill Solutions Llp. Our office is located at A009 in the Obel Banjara Apartment building. That’s in Banjara Layout, over in the Horamavu area. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are actually in an apartment building rather than a commercial complex. It makes the whole work environment feel a bit more relaxed and homey, I guess. We don't have those cold, sterile office vibes here. It’s just a ground floor unit where we have set up all our equipment and desks. Horamavu is growing really fast these days, so there’s always some construction noise or a new shop opening up nearby. We just stay inside and handle the various tasks for the day. It’s a small team, mostly just a few of us sitting around. We don't really have a dress code or any formalities. People just wear whatever they want. Most of the time we are just glued to our computer screens. We try to keep things as simple as possible. We don't have any big corporate policies that make things complicated for no reason. If something needs to be fixed, we just get it done. The apartment layout actually works quite well for us. It has a little kitchen so we can make our own coffee whenever we need a break. Sometimes neighbors walk by and peek in through the window, but we don't really mind. It’s a quiet life here. We just do our work and go home when it’s finished.
