Our office is right by the water tank in Nagashettihalli, which is a pretty easy landmark to find if you’re looking for us. Mastodon Security Services Private Limited has been operating out of this No 147 spot for a bit, and it’s a decent area in Bangalore North. We spend most of our time organizing staff and making sure the schedules are sorted for the various sites we look after. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just a lot of phone calls and checking in on people to make sure everything is staying quiet and safe where they are. Being near RMV II Stage helps because it’s a good location for getting around to different parts of the city. The office itself is usually a bit noisy with people coming in and out, but we like the energy. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, working through the logistics of security work. Some days are long, especially when we have to cover shifts or deal with last-minute changes, but that’s the nature of this business. The coffee isn't great but it's hot, and it keeps us going when the paperwork starts piling up. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. No big promises, just showing up on time and doing what’s expected. It’s a local operation, and we’re glad to be part of this neighborhood near the tank. We just keep moving forward.
