Masonite

We are located at 7B in Tagore Nagar, which is part of BTM Layout 2nd Stage. The street is usually quiet, except when the school nearby lets out in the afternoon. Our space is functional and simple. We have some samples on the walls and a lot of brochures on the table that nobody really looks at very often. Most of what we do involves doors and wood products. It’s a bit of a dusty business, to be honest. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and talking to carpenters about their projects. Sometimes they come in with sketches on scraps of paper or old envelopes. We don't have a shiny showroom with bright lights. It's more of a place where we sit and figure out what’s needed for a job. The computer is a bit slow, but it eventually gets the invoices printed out. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make coffee. If the door is open, you might hear the neighbor’s dog barking at the postman. We like the neighborhood. It feels more like a community than a business district. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation. We don't do much in the way of advertising; word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. Masonite is just the name on the door, but inside, it's just us working.
