You can find us at 1103 on the ground floor over in 3rd Bhoiwada, right off Mahathma Gandhi Road. The office is a bit tucked away, so people sometimes walk past it the first time they visit. It’s an old building with high ceilings and thick walls. We’ve got desks piled with papers and samples everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of different things here at Mascot Universal Pvt Ltd. It's mostly phone calls and paperwork during the day. Sometimes the delivery guys come in and we have to clear a space on the floor for the boxes to sit. We’ve been in this spot for years. The tea stall across the street knows our order by heart and brings it over twice a day. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come in, you just talk to whoever is closest to the door. Mahathma Gandhi Road is always humming with traffic, so there’s a constant background noise of horns and engines outside. We just keep our heads down and get the orders processed. It's steady work. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re some huge corporation. We’re just a small group of people working out of a ground floor room in Bhoiwada. The light isn't great in the back of the office, but we have enough lamps to see.
