Maruti & Co

Maruti & Co is located at number 36 in Cox Town, right there in Sarangpur. Being near Maruti Surana Bhavan makes it easy for people to find us, which is good because these narrow streets can be a bit of a maze if you don’t know your way around. The building we’re in has that old character to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that stay cool even when it’s baking outside. We have a lot of regular faces coming in and out, mostly folks from the neighborhood who’ve been around as long as we have. It gets a bit noisy during the middle of the day with the traffic and the shops nearby, but we’ve grown used to it. We don’t have much in the way of a lobby or a waiting area, just a few chairs and the main counter where everything happens. The paperwork tends to pile up on the corners of the desks, but we know where everything is. It’s a bit cluttered, honestly, but that’s how we work. We aren't interested in being some polished corporate entity. We’re just a local business in Cox Town trying to keep things honest and simple. On Fridays, things slow down a bit and we usually have time for a longer chat over some chai. It’s a basic life here, just handling the day-to-day requirements and making sure we treat people right when they walk through the door.
