Marco Polo Resorts Llp is located in Janardhan Towers on Residency Road. We are part of the Janardhan Corporation setup at No 2. Residency Road is right in the heart of the city, so it’s always fast-paced outside our doors. Our office itself is a bit more grounded than the street outside. It’s where we do all the behind-the-scenes work for our resorts. We’ve got a couple of rooms filled with ledgers and computers, and it usually smells a bit like old paper and afternoon tea. It’s a hardworking environment, not a showroom for guests. We spend our hours coordinating with different sites and making sure the staff elsewhere have what they need to keep things going. There’s no big signage or flashy lights at our entrance; we just have a small nameplate near the door. We prefer it that way because we’re not looking for walk-in customers here; this is where the real daily work happens. The traffic on Residency Road is a nightmare most afternoons, so we usually stay a bit late to avoid the worst of the rush hour. It’s a solid, reliable place for us to operate from. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things to do and we check them off one by one until it's time to go home. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the business running smoothly.
