Our office is out in Kolar, specifically in the Medihala Post area. We operate out of Rajanna Garudanahalli’s place. It’s a more rural setting than what you’d find in Bangalore, which suits us just fine. Manostat Consultancy isn't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are a local team working on consultancy projects for people in the region. Most of the time, we are busy with paperwork or meeting folks who stop by with questions. The address is pretty well known around here. It’s not a shiny glass building, just a regular space where we keep our records and do our planning. Working in Kolar means we know the local scene pretty well. We see the same faces at the tea stall and know the rhythms of the day. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking figures and writing reports, but it’s what we do. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It's just us, some chairs, and a couple of old desks. We handle things as they come. If a problem needs solving, we sit down and look at it until it's sorted. It’s a practical way of living and working. We’ve been here for a bit now and the community has been good to us. Just Manostat Consultancy, doing our thing in Medihala. We usually finish up by six and head home before it gets too dark on the roads.
