M. s. ramaiah Narayana Hrudayalaya Heart Centre

This heart centre is situated right in the Msr Nagar area, very close to the Msrit Post on New Bel Road. It’s a busy part of the city with the college nearby and all the shops that bring in crowds. We've been operating here as part of the Narayana Hrudayalaya network for quite some time now. The day usually starts very early when the first shift of staff comes in to get things ready. We deal with everything related to the heart. It’s a lot of blood pressure checks, ECGs, and talking to families about what’s going on with their relatives. The building is large and can be a little confusing if you haven't been here before, but there are signs to help you find the way. We try to keep things organized, though with so many people coming in and out, it gets hectic by noon. The staff is used to the fast pace. We spend most of our time in the wards or the testing rooms. It’s honest work, helping people get their health back on track. You see a lot of different faces here every day. Some people are quite nervous, while others are just relieved to be getting some help. We don't spend much time on fluff; we just get to the job at hand. The New Bel Road traffic is a constant backdrop to everything we do here. It’s just a regular part of life at the centre. We’re here because people need us, and we keep the doors open for whoever comes by.
