Our place is located at No 30 on the 3rd Main in Santrupthi Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street in Bangalore, though traffic gets a bit much during the evening rush. The building is pretty easy to spot once you get onto the 3rd Main. We spend most of our time dealing with appliances that have stopped working properly. It's not a big corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a functional space with some desks and a lot of tools lying around. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We keep things simple. There’s a small area where people can sit while we look at their stuff. It’s mostly just us and the noise of the street outside. We’ve got the 560078 pin code, right here in Karnataka. The shop floor is a bit cramped because we have so many units waiting for parts to arrive. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really do the whole flashy sign thing. We just have the name on the door and we get to work. Most days are long, but being in a neighborhood like Santrupthi Nagar means we see the same faces quite often. It feels like a normal part of the community. We usually have a bit of chai around four and talk about the day's repairs. It's nothing fancy, just our daily routine.
