Lapis People Consulting Llp

Our little office is up on the 15th floor of the C1 block in Shantiniketan. It’s way out in Whitefield, so getting here on ITPL road is usually a bit of a nightmare if you don't time it right. We spend a lot of our time looking out the windows at the construction nearby when we’re not busy with work. Flat 8 is where we set everything up. It’s just Lapis People Consulting Llp, nothing too flashy or complicated. We focus on people stuff, mostly consulting with folks about their careers or helping companies figure out who they should hire next. There is a lot of talking involved, mostly on Zoom these days, but we still like having people over when the traffic isn’t too crazy. The building is big and can be confusing if it’s your first time, but we’ve gotten used to the layout over the months. We’ve got some plants that are barely hanging on and a coffee machine that makes a lot of noise every time someone wants a drink. It’s a quiet enough place to get things done, though. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there or anything like that. We just want to do a decent job for the people who ask us for help. Some days are packed with interviews and others are just us catching up on emails. It’s just how it goes in this line of work.
