Lalitha Kidney Stone Centre

Lalitha Kidney Stone Centre is over at No.24, East End D Main in Jayanagar 9th Block. Jayanagar is a big area, and 9th Block has its own character. We are situated on a road that stays pretty active throughout the day. The building we are in is a regular structure, nothing that stands out too much from the houses around it. We focus on kidney stones here. That’s what we do all day. People come in when they are in quite a bit of pain, so we try to get things moving quickly. There is a lot of paperwork to fill out, and we have to keep the machines in good shape. It’s a busy environment. We don't have a lot of time for small talk, but we are polite to everyone. The waiting room is usually full by mid-morning. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The street outside has changed, but our building stays the same. We just deal with the patients and the doctors. It’s a lot of specialized work. We aren't a big general hospital, just a specific center. We don't use fancy brochures or anything.
