We are based out of Office No 4-A in the Bommansandra Industrial Area, which is part of Anekal-Taluk. It’s a large industrial zone, so it’s always buzzing with trucks and people moving equipment around. Our space is pretty standard for this area. We have our office and our workspace all together. L. G. Balakrishnan & Brothers Ltd. has a long history, but here on the ground, it’s just about the daily grind. We deal with a lot of industrial components. The air in Bommansandra can get a bit heavy with the smell of oil and metal, but we’re used to it. Our day usually starts pretty early because that's when the shipments arrive. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. There is always a list of things to get through. The desks are usually covered in paperwork and part samples. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or free coffee. People come to us because they need specific parts, and we try to get them what they need. Our staff is a mix of people who have been in the industry for decades and some younger guys learning the ropes. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the hardware. We don't use much marketing speak because the parts we handle speak for themselves. We're just a group of people working hard in a busy industrial hub.
