Ayurveda For You is right here in No. 306 Dsr Elegance on 1st Main. Koramangala 1st Block is usually pretty busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to work. We open up the shop and the first thing is usually just getting the dust off the counters. It’s a decent spot, even if the parking out front on the main road can be a bit of a headache for folks. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping things organized. We spend a lot of time sorting through the different herbs and bottles. People walk in from the neighborhood, some just looking for a bit of advice or something for a cold. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office space in the building. Sometimes the lift in Dsr Elegance acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. You get used to the noise from 1st Main after a while. We don’t have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure everything is in the right place. Most days it’s about answering the phone and checking the stock. It’s steady work and we like being in this part of town. The 1st Block has a good mix of people. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It’s just a normal day-to-day operation where we try to keep things simple and helpful for whoever stops by the door. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just running a small business.
