Konsole Consulting Llp operates out of No. 331 in the 6th Block of Rajajinagar here in Bangalore. We are a small consulting firm, but we don't act like those big ones you see in the city center. Our space is modest and we like it that way. The 6th Block is a pretty active area with a lot of local shops and houses nearby. Being at No. 331 means we are right in the middle of all that local energy. We spend our time working on consulting stuff, mostly sitting at our computers and talking through things together. It is a lot of hard work, but we enjoy the process. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you just see us working. We started this because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate noise. It is just a few of us here. The building is older but it works for what we need. We handle our clients one by one. There isn't a massive machine running things, just real people. Bangalore is a big city, but the 6th Block feels like a small town sometimes.
